FV2005 High Viscosity & High Pressure PCTFE Pump

Series FV PCTFE pumps are high pressure, positive displacement, dual piston pumps that provide superior precision, high performance, excellent reliability, high chemical resistance and low pulsation. 

Series FV PCTFE pumps are specially designed for dosing aggressive liquids with high viscosity. With PCTFE inlaid 316L stainless steel pump head and special mechanic design, a combination of high chemical resistance and high viscosity capacity (at most 1000cP) is achieved. Some typical liquids are concentrated sulfuric acid, silicone oil, glycerin and photoresists. Series FV PCTFE pumps have been widely used in fields like flow chemistry, microelectronics and polymer production.
